Ajay Gade is an experienced architectural professional with a robust background in design and development. Currently serving as Associate Vice President - Architecture at K Raheja Corp since February 2022, Ajay has previously held senior positions such as VP Design & Development at XRBIA Developers and VP Design roles at both Gridlines LLP and Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd. Ajay's extensive career began as a Sr. Architect at Lawkesh Tiwari Architects P. Ltd., where involvement in diverse projects spanned housing, institutional, commercial, and hospital sectors. Ajay's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in urban development & planning from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. Notable achievements include the establishment of an in-house design studio and the creation of standardized procedures for design and development.
