Prathamesh Rane is an experienced professional in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting field, currently serving as AGM - MEP Contracts at K Raheja Corp since June 2023. Previously, Prathamesh held key roles including MEP Lead - Contracts at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. and Deputy General Manager - MEP Contracts at Lodha. With a strong foundation in electrical systems and procurement, Prathamesh has demonstrated expertise in managing contracts, conducting pre-qualifications for contractors, and reviewing tenders across various positions held at notable companies such as Indiabulls Real Estate, Al Faraa Group, and Davis Langdon & Seah Consulting. Prathamesh's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
