Shivaji Nagare

Shivaji Nagare is an accomplished construction and project management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector and commercial projects. Currently serving as Executive Vice President - Projects at K Raheja Corp since October 2016, Shivaji heads the Commercial Project Division for the Mumbai region. Prior to this role, Shivaji held multiple positions at Archgroup International from January 2005 to September 2016, including Area Manager, where leadership of a highly skilled project management team was a key responsibility, and Regional Manager for the Mumbai region. Additionally, Shivaji served as Director of Projects at Archgroup International Architects Pvt. Ltd from September 2009 to February 2013, focusing on design management, budget oversight, and project close-out. Shivaji Nagare earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Construction from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology between 1988 and 1992.
