Kreshnik Kasami

Kreshnik Kasami is the Founder and CEO of K Resourcing, established in March 2022, which focuses on creating dedicated nearshore IT and Marketing teams for Nordic and international clients from Skopje, North Macedonia. Prior to this, Kreshnik held several significant roles at Nordea from February 2015 to March 2022, including Head of Group Finance Management Office and Acting Head of CFO Deliveries, contributing to finance management and risk reporting. Kreshnik also served as a Partner and Head of Sales & Marketing at INSCALE between January 2012 and January 2015, and was responsible for starting INSCALE's first nearshore development center in North Macedonia. Kreshnik holds a Master's degree in English and Intercultural Market Studies from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication from the University of Southern Denmark.
