Senior Associate Athletic Director For Development at K-State Athletics

Rob Heil is an experienced professional in athletic development and marketing with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development at K-State Athletics since September 2017, Heil previously held the position of Associate Athletics Director for Development. Prior to K-State, Heil worked at the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin as the Director of Development for Principal Gifts from May 2015 to September 2017. Earlier in the career at The University of Texas at Austin, Heil served as Assistant Director of Development and Senior Associate Supervisor of Marketing. The career began at K-State Athletics, where Heil held several roles, including Marketing Assistant and Men's Basketball Manager. Rob Heil holds a Master’s degree in Athletics Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Communications from Kansas State University.
