Cindy Diederich, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Business Management at K-State Student Union since November 2014, Cindy oversees employee recruitment, advises on HR issues, administers benefit plans, and implements training programs. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Big Lakes Developmental Center, Inc., and Director of Business Operations at Three Rivers Inc., where Cindy managed HR functions, compliance, financial matters, and employee relations. Cindy's earlier experience features positions at the Kansas Bar Association and Big Lakes Developmental Center, contributing to expertise in membership services and developmental disability services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a SHRM Senior Certification, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
