Marli Valdes

Marli is an executive assistant at K1. Outside of managing partner calendars, she heads HR ensuring that all new hires are set up for success on their first day.

Prior to K1, Marli managed an AVEDA concept salon in San Diego. She was responsible for everything from inventory to leading the team’s philanthropic events such as the OB Beach clean-up with Surfrider.

Marli is an active volunteer with Angel City Pit Bull, a non-profit dedicated to creating a better future for pit bulls by promoting their positive image. She also fosters animals thru local rescues.
