Kiana Mu

Kiana Mu is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at K11 Concepts Limited since September 2020. Prior roles include Director of Communications at KERRY HOTEL BEIJING for a brief period in late 2019 and roles at Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast as Assistant Director of Marketing Communications and Account Sales Manager from December 2015 to December 2019, as well as Assistant Marcom Manager and Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Beijing Marriott Hotel City Wall from March 2014 to October 2015. Kiana holds a Master's degree in Hospitality with Tourism Management from the University of Birmingham (2011-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wolverhampton (2009-2011).
