Phil Lee

Phil Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Regional Site-In-Charge at K11 Concepts Limited since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Business Strategy & Performance at the same company from January 2021 to June 2021. In 2022, they joined PURE Group as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a one-year term. Before these positions, Phil Lee was the Chief Executive Officer at ASH from November 2014 to January 2021. Phil also held various executive positions at Max Group, including Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director from November 2014 to December 2020, and Chief Financial Officer/Executive Director from November 2011 to October 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at China LotSynergy Holdings Limited, Controller/GM Hong Kong at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, and in Assurance Service at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Phil began their professional journey as an employee in Assurance & Tax Service at C.G. Uhlenberg LLP and later served as an Accounting Manager at Bass & Associates.

Phil Lee has a Master's degree in Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST. Phil also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.
