Jen Poggio

Jen Poggio has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jen began their career as a Teacher at Olathe School District in 2003. Jen then worked at McGraw Hill from 2005 to 2016, where they held various roles, including Manager of Achievement Solutions Group and Senior Sales Representative. At McGraw Hill, they demonstrated expertise in state and federal funding channels and policy initiatives, collaborated with academic design and marketing teams, and built and managed pipelines through Salesforce. Jen also developed relationships with state departments of education and led sales presentations to key customers.

From 2017 to 2019, Jen served as the Regional Director for Ohio at Achieve3000, where they represented cloud-based literacy software solutions and built partnerships in key accounts. Jen also created strategic sales plans and hosted regional networking events.

In 2021, Jen joined Exact Sciences as a Professional Medical Representative, where they served until 2023. Jen then moved on to become the Regional Director of Education Partnerships at the K12 Coalition, where they provided alternative certification, teacher courses, strategic planning, and equity audits.

Throughout their career, Jen has consistently achieved sales goals, earned multiple sales attainment awards, and managed and grew multi-million dollar territories. Jen has excellent communication and leadership skills and is proficient in using Salesforce for pipeline management.

Jen Poggio holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Curriculum and Teaching from The University of Kansas. Jen also has a Master's degree in Curriculum Leadership from Emporia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Northern Iowa.
