Shannon Kete

Shannon Kete has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and sectors. Shannon currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at K12 Coalition, where they are responsible for creating tools to support teacher success through the use of new talent pools and technology. Prior to this, Shannon was the Chief Operating Officer at Civic Builders, where they focused on driving scale and innovation in the charter sector. Shannon also served as the Chief Delivery Officer at CLS Group, where they modernized internal control functions and improved decision-making processes. Shannon has extensive experience in the education industry, having worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Success Academy Charter Schools and PLTW. Additionally, they worked in various roles at Goldman Sachs and the New York City Department of Education. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated success in operational management, sales, and business transformation.

Shannon Kete attended New Trier High School from 1987 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies and Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Later, they attended the Harvard Business School from 1998 to 2000, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management.
