Stephanie Barney has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as the Vice President of Client Experience at K12 Insight. Stephanie Barney holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Special Education K-12 from Johnson & Wales University, which they earned from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island from 2001 to 2006. Stephanie also has additional certifications in areas such as advocating for change in organizations, coaching, de-escalating conversations for customer service, customer success leadership, and e-learning instructional design.
