Annie Shen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and product innovation, currently serving as the Operations Strategy Implementation Director at K18 Hair since June 2025. Prior to this role, Annie held the position of VP of Operations & Product Innovation at Antelope and was a Project Manager at Kendo Brands, Inc. Notable achievements include leading the full production development process at SENREVE, driving significant growth in product lines and wholesale relationships. Annie's career began in the fashion industry with Touch of Modern, where a progressive path included roles from Lead Coordinator to Director of Operations, effectively managing teams and expanding operational efficiency. Additionally, Annie is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women executives, and has a background in wealth management and coordinating community outreach initiatives.
