Leah Tessier

Leah Tessier is a seasoned packaging professional with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Packaging at K18 Hair since January 2023, Leah previously held the position of Manager of Packaging Engineering at Olaplex Inc. from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Kendo Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included Manager and Associate Manager of Packaging Development for Fenty Beauty and Ole Henriksen, and a Product Development Coordinator role for several brands. Earlier in Leah's career, positions included Product Development Consultant at HAVI Global Solutions and Packaging Developer at Del Monte Foods, along with an internship in Structural Design at Fisher-Price Inc. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging with a specialization in Design from Michigan State University.
