Nishadi Perera

Vice President of Critical Path Controls at K2 Consulting

Nishadi Perera's work experience starts with an internship at MCEER in 2002, focusing on earthquake engineering research. Later, in 2003, they worked as an intern at ONCORE Construction Consulting Group. After that, they joined Clark Construction Group as a Project Engineer/Scheduler, where they managed schedules for various projects, including the Johns Hopkins Hospital and International Monetary Fund Headquarters. In 2010, Nishadi became the Director of Consulting Services at K2, Inc., responsible for overseeing critical path controls, financial management, and staff development. Nishadi then rose to the position of Vice President of Critical Path Controls, leading divisions such as planning, claims management, project analytics, and process development.

Nishadi Perera completed their Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America from the year 2000 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering/Construction Management from the same institution, completing it from 2004 to 2006.
