Robert Buss

Robert Buss, MPM, PSP, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at K2 Construction Consultants, Inc., since September 2022. Previously, Robert held multiple roles at Kiewit, including Superintendent and Scheduling Manager, overseeing project compliance and developing detailed schedules. Robert's extensive experience encompasses positions such as Senior Scheduler/Planner at LPR Construction, TIC District Scheduling Manager at TIC The Industrial Company, and Project Controls Analyst at URS Corporation, where skills in scheduling, resource loading, and change management were honed. Additional experience includes roles as Project Engineer at various companies and a Staff Sergeant in the US Army, coupled with educational qualifications including a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global and a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
