Troy Pringle

Troy Pringle has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2003 as a US Army Recruiter for the Tampa Recruiting Battalion. In 2006, they moved to the Office of the Secretary of Defense as an Office Manager and Security Manager. In 2008, they returned to the US Army as a Recruiter for the Raliegh Recruiting Battalion. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Joint HR NCO for the Defense Logistics Agency. In 2019, they joined Constellis as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for recruitment on multiple cleared and uncleared positions across multiple government contracts. Troy also coordinated and represented Constellis at job fairs and worked closely with the Facility Security Officer’s (FSO) team to verify and process clearances for candidates within the hiring and onboarding process. In 2022, they began working for the K2 Group, Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter.

Troy Pringle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Southern University, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Troy also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Columbia Southern University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
