Aaron Roberts

Aaron Roberts, AIC, currently serves as Complex Claims Manager at K2 Insurance Services, having previously held positions including Senior Claims Adjuster. Prior experience includes roles at American Claims Management as a Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster, where Aaron managed significant commercial and homeowner claims, and at Affirmative Risk Management as a Senior Multi-Line Claims Supervisor, contributing to strategic claims management. Earlier roles spanned from being an Outside Multi-Line Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company to a Multi-Line Claims Adjuster. Aaron also has a background in IT, supporting network and security at various organizations, and served in the United States Air Force as a Secured Communication Systems Specialist, maintaining a Top-Secret Clearance.
