Vanêssa Santana

Vanêssa Santana is a dedicated professional in the field of Technology and Information, currently serving as a Professor de Graduação at UNIASSELVI since January 2025, where innovative teaching methodologies are employed to enhance students' autonomy and strategic thinking. In addition, Vanêssa functions as an Agile Coach at K2 Partnering Solutions, focusing on DevOps and ITSM teams, and has experience as an Agile Project Manager within Bayer's PMO, where complex projects were managed. With roles as a Scrum Trainer and Management 3.0 Facilitator, Vanêssa also teaches postgraduate courses, deepening discussions on user experience and digital transformation. A former Head of Product at Zapay and Product Manager at Clearbook, Vanêssa has demonstrated expertise in leading product strategies, metrics development, and process improvements across multiple sectors, including health care and finance. Education credentials include an MBA in Project Management from UNOPAR and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Universidade Potiguar, complemented by ongoing studies in Mathematics at UNICV.
