Lanie Delong

Lanie DeLong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lanie began their career as a Trainer at Avalon Farms in 1997, where they stayed for ten years. In 2004, Lanie transitioned to law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff at Boulder County. After nine years, they joined Rock Your Glock as a Sales/Shipping personnel in 2014. The following year, they worked as a Trainer at Sit Means Sit Dog Training. In 2018, Lanie became a Canine Search Specialist at FEMA before moving on to become an Instructor at K2 Solutions, Inc. in 2020. Lanie then took on the role of Senior Instructor at the same company in 2021. Lanie also worked as an NRA Certified Instructor from 2013 until 2023. In 2019, they became the Owner and Trainer of Blue Dog K9 LLC. Lanie's most recent position is Director of Canine Operations at K2 Solutions, Inc. since April 2023.

Lanie DeLong holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology/Equine Science from Colorado State University. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications including a Colorado Professional private investigator certification from the Colorado department of regulatory agency in January 2015. Additionally, Lanie became a NRA Certified Instructor in October 2013.
