Rob Lillis is an accomplished research physicist and advisor with extensive experience in planetary space physics and geophysics. Currently serving as an advisor at K2 Space Corporation since October 2022, Rob Lillis has been a research physicist at the University of California, Berkeley since October 2006. Research interests focus on various aspects of Mars, including its liquid core, mantle convection, crustal magnetization, and atmospheric dynamics. Previous roles include Associate Director for Planetary Science and Astrobiology, Associate Research Physicist, Assistant Research Physicist, and postdoctoral research scientist. Rob Lillis holds a PhD and a Master's in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA (Hons.) in Theoretical Physics from Trinity College Dublin.
