Javier Henriquez

Javier Henriquez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Javier is currently the Director of Atlantic & Caribbean Sales at K2 Systems US & MX since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Southeast US Regional Sales Manager at the same company from September 2021.

Before joining K2 Systems US & MX, Javier worked at Willis Towers Watson from 2014 to 2017. Javier held positions such as Lead Associate Broker, Client Specialist (Reverse Flow International), and Quality Assurance Analyst. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, they worked with both US and Manila colleagues to train and track quality scores for a policy checking initiative.

Javier also gained valuable experience at Larkin Trade International LLC (LTI) as a Summer Intern in 2011. During their time at LTI, they completed various tasks including developing training materials, conducting market research, and providing client services support.

Furthermore, Javier had a summer internship at the Food Allergy Initiative in 2010. Javier assisted with organizing the computer database and donor information using the Raiser's Edge program and made recommendations for improvements.

Javier Henriquez attended Bates College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in American Cultural Studies with a focus on Chinese and Economics. Javier also attended Fudan University from 2010 to 2011 for a Language Intensive Mandarin Course. In terms of additional certifications, Javier obtained an Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) from The Institutes in 2021 and a Florida Property and Casualty License from the Florida Department of Financial Services in 2016. Additionally, they hold a license as a P&C Producer in all 50 states, issued by the Department of Financial Services.
