Neil Young has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Neil started their career in 1999 at the Sugar Research Institute as a Computer Scientist, where they developed and supported a logistics management application. Neil then joined the Mackay Sugar Co-operative Association in 2001 as a Senior Analyst/Programmer, working on multiple projects such as VB. Net Windows applications and a telemetry system. In 2010, they joined InfoScope Pty Ltd as the Chief Architect and held this role until 2017. During this time, they also worked at iScape Pty Ltd as a Director and Principal Developer, from 2006 to 2019. Since 2017, they have been working at K2fly, where they initially served as the Chief Architect and is currently the Product Owner for Infoscope.
Neil Young completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Maths & Computing at CQUniversity from 1995 to 1998. Neil then pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Southern Queensland between 2001 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Neil also holds various certifications. These include the SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 from SAP in February 2017, the MCSD: App Builder - Certified 2016 from Microsoft in September 2016, the MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in February 2013, the MS: Programming in C# from Microsoft in January 2013, the MCPD: Web Developer 4 from Microsoft in January 2012, the MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications from Microsoft in June 2011, the MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Web Applications from Microsoft in June 2011, the MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Data Access from Microsoft in October 2010, the MCTS: .Net Framework 2.0, Windows Applications from Microsoft in July 2007, and the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in September 1999.
