Pravesh Dawlall

Pravesh Dawlall has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Pravesh has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2003, Dawlall worked as a Software Developer at Spectrum Visual Network Solutions, where they created a client-server network renderer using Perl. In 2005, they joined Striata as a Data Analyst, where they created data sources and scripts for clients and management.

In 2005, Dawlall joined Telkom as a Test Analyst, performing detailed analysis, compiling test plans, and executing testing. Pravesh later took on roles as a Test Lead, Advanced Test Specialist, and Software Quality Assurance Manager at Telkom. In these positions, they managed the testing process, improved documentation standards, and facilitated risk identification.

In 2016, Dawlall worked at STS Holdings as a Test Manager/Lead, responsible for system integration and functional testing. Pravesh successfully tested and deployed the IAG Project and worked on improving testing processes.

From 2017 to 2020, Dawlall served as the Manager of Software Testing at Resolve Solution Partners. In this role, they managed end-to-end testing on multiple projects, implemented automation using Selenium, and hired and trained test specialists.

Most recently, Dawlall joined K2fly in 2020, where they currently serve as a Software Quality Manager for South Africa and Australia.

Pravesh Dawlall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and IT from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. This educational achievement does not have specified start and end years. Before attending university, Pravesh attended Lincoln Heights Secondary from 1986 to 1998, without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. In addition to their formal education, Pravesh has obtained a certification in Selenium Essential Training from LinkedIn in August 2020.
