Trevor Austin

Trevor Austin, FHFI, DBIA, serves as the Director of Project Management at K2M Design since May 2024, leading strategic operations and client engagement while ensuring adherence to business practices and project management standards. Prior to this role, Trevor held various positions at J&J Worldwide Services from August 2010 to April 2024, including Director of Project Controls, where oversight of over 100 project schedules was conducted, and Manager of Field Support, overseeing a range of corporate resources. Trevor has extensive experience in managing design and engineering teams, highlighted by the successful completion of 87 projects valued at nearly $150 million. Additional roles include Project Manager at Au' Authum Ki, where three administration buildings were constructed, and a Student Research Technician at Texas A&M University, supporting research projects in collaboration with NASA and Raytheon. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing & Mechanical from Texas A&M University.
