Nicola Davies

Nicola Davies is the Group People Director at K3 Capital Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nicola worked as the Director of People and Development at Quantuma from October 2016 to July 2023. Nicola also held various HR positions at Fiserv from March 2006 to March 2016. Nicola's career in HR started at Air France as a HR Manager for airport operations from 1997 to 2006. Nicola holds a MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a degree in French with History from the University of Sunderland.
