Victor Koo

Victor Koo is an accomplished executive with significant experience in strategic leadership and software engineering. As Chief Operating Officer at K3 Solutions LLC since December 2010, Victor has been instrumental in developing strategic plans for market expansion and new service offerings. In the role of Director of Software Engineering at Pragmatics, Inc. from March 2007 to December 2010, Victor enhanced the software engineering practice and led technical solutions for government RFP bids. Earlier positions include Project Manager at Amentra and Manager at Accenture from 1998 to 2005. Victor holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
