Adriel Bercow is a Partner at K50 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in NYC and Boston. Adriel focuses on leading Pre-Seed and Seed investments in technology companies.

Adriel has over 8 years of experience in the startup ecosystem as an entrepreneur, business development professional, and venture capitalist. Adriel has a deep understanding of the inner workings of startups and what it takes to get a business off the ground.

Adriel has a long history of working with startups to help them grow and scale. Adriel was a Business Development Manager at Experiences Unlimited, a startup that provides experiential marketing services to brands, and they were also a Business Development Manager at Offerpop, a social media marketing platform. In both roles, Adriel was responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building partnerships, and driving growth.

In 2015, Adriel co-founded Glue, a photo + video messaging app for groups and communities. The company was backed by Dreamit Ventures NYC. In 2016, they joined Dreamit Ventures as a Venture Analyst and Program Coordinator for the NYC pre-seed program where they helped evaluate and select health tech entrepreneurs for the program.

In 2017, Adriel joined Shift One as an Investor. Shift One is an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in technology companies. Adriel was with Shift One until 2019 when they joined K50 Ventures as a Partner.

Adriel Bercow attended Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. Adriel also holds a business degree from the University of Vermont.

They work with Jessica Spivack Lowenstein - Head, Platform, Kirby Kaplan - Director, Investor Relations, and Daniel Vásquez - Partner. Adriel Bercow reports to Ryan Bloomer, Managing Partner.
