Cathy Menard

Cathy Menard has extensive experience in project coordination and fundraising, currently serving as the Fundraising and Campaign Coordinator at Ka Ni Kanichihk Inc. since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing a building expansion capital campaign and overseeing projects such as the UMatter youth dating violence prevention initiative. Additionally, expertise includes coordinating a mentorship program for justice-connected Indigenous youth aged 14 to 21. Previously, Cathy worked at Arctic Co-operatives Limited as a Training Coordinator, facilitating training for Inuit Co-op employees, and held various roles over 11 years at the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development, including Project Officer and Employment Counsellor. Educational qualifications include a Human Resource Management Diploma from the University of Winnipeg and a Business Management Certificate from RRC Polytech.
