Thomas Adams

Thomas Adams is an experienced physical coach currently serving as the head of performance academy at KAA Gent since July 2022. Previously, Thomas held the position of head of performance at KV Kortrijk Academy from July 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing physical performance and sports science. Additional roles include serving as a physical coach for both U16-U18 teams at KV Kortrijk, as well as an interim physical coach for the first team. Thomas has also worked as a physical performance coach for various organizations, including Athlete-ID and De sportkamer, and has contributed to scientific research on training intensity in professional soccer. An alumnus of Ghent University, Thomas possesses a master's degree in physical education and movement sciences, with ongoing studies planned until January 2024.
