Helga Meersmans is a seasoned professional in the fashion and retail industry, currently serving as Co-founder of Kaai since October 2017, a handbag brand aimed at merging luxury with practicality. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles such as Managing Director for Benelux, UK & Ireland, and Benelux at Wolford, where strategic oversight was provided for various market segments. In addition, Helga Meersmans was the Sales & Marketing Manager at Mayerline, overseeing operations for a premium ladies wear manufacturer, and held the position of International Retail Manager at Van de Velde. Early experience includes a tenure as Sales Director at Etap Lighting. Helga Meersmans holds a Master’s degree in Economics from K.U.Leuven and furthered education at Vlerick Business School.
