Dario Cardile

Dario Cardile has held various leadership positions throughout their career. In 2015, they worked as an Associate Partner at Valdani Vicari & Associati (VVA Group), where they led the Digital Practice and served customers in Digital Innovation and Online best practices. Dario also served as an Advisor at Meritocracy.is from 2015 to 2018, where they helped set marketing strategies and growth opportunities for the startup.

From 2017 to 2020, Dario worked as the GM Growth, Hubzu.com at Altisource, where they helped customers buy and sell their dream homes through innovative design, data, technology, and a network of real estate agents. Dario also served as the President of Indigo AI from 2017 to 2022, where they advised the founding team and helped businesses automate their customer experiences through chatbots and machine learning.

In 2018, Dario co-founded Operæ, a platform for art collectors to organize their private collections and integrate with portfolio management. In 2020, they co-founded Kaaja, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Kaaja aims to empower institutional sellers, private and real estate agents in buying and selling properties through technology and skilled real estate agents.

Dario has also worked as a Lecturer at RCS Academy since 2020 and Il Sole 24 ORE Business School since 2016. In 2020, they briefly served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Treedom, an international social business that allows individuals and companies to plant trees and support local farmers. Similarly, in 2020, Dario was the Chief Operating Officer at Sweetguest, responsible for restructuring operations and customer processes in the property management business.

Throughout their career, Dario has demonstrated a passion for leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences and achieve impactful results.

Dario Cardile completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2008 from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Dario pursued this degree in the field of Executive MBA and attended the school for two years, from 2006 to 2008.

Prior to their MBA, Dario Cardile pursued their undergraduate studies at Università di Pisa, where they completed a degree in Maths / Computer Science. Dario attended the university for four years, from 1992 to 1996, specializing in Scienze dell'Informazione.
