Benedict Jaiwanth

Benedict Jaiwanth is a senior organizational change management professional with extensive experience across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager for the OCM Practice at Kaar Tech since October 2023, Benedict previously held the position of Director and Senior Manager for the OCM Practice at STRATEGYSTACK CONSULTING from May 2022 to September 2023, focusing on leading organizational change for global clients. Prior roles include Regional OCM Lead for Hitachi Energy, Regional HR Change Manager for the British Council, and various strategic and talent acquisition positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Accenture. Benedict holds an M.A. in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Bharathidasan University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Loyola College, Chennai.
