Rafael Polendo

Rafael Polendo serves as the Chief Creative Officer at KAATSU Global, Inc. since January 2024, where responsibilities include igniting creative output and collaborating with the marketing team to shape brand communications. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Creative Director at ExchangeRight Real Estate from July 2016 to December 2023, guiding the organization's creative representation across various platforms. Rafael's experience also includes founding Quoir Publishing, managing the UX and web production for Taco Bell, and working as a freelance graphic designer for nearly two decades, alongside positions at Bob Siemon Designs and Cal Plate Inc. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Biola University, awarded in December 2004.
