Cphr Reena Sall

Reena Sall, CPHR has a diverse work experience in various roles within the HR field. Reena currently holds a position as a Manager, People Solutions at Kabam since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Career Contacts starting from June 2018. Reena also served as a Senior People Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) at Tally from November 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Tally, they worked at Long View Systems as a People Services (HR) Manager from January 2021 to November 2021, and as a People Services (HR) Advisor from November 2018 to January 2021. Additionally, they held the role of Instructor at VanWest College, teaching a workforce preparation course from March 2018 to February 2020.

Reena's earlier experience includes roles such as People & Culture Advisor at CadMakers from February 2018 to October 2018, Human Resources Generalist at EasyMarkit from March 2017 to February 2018, and Management Consultant at Carpedia International from October 2016 to February 2017. Reena also worked as a Talent Coordinator at Teck Resources Limited from April 2016 to September 2016, and as an HR/Recruitment Coordinator at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc from April 2015 to February 2016.

Reena Sall, CPHR, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources & Finance from The University of British Columbia from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they participated in the Go Global Exchange Program at The University of Queensland. Reena also holds additional certifications including CPHR from CPHR BC & Yukon, obtained in October 2020, HIPAA certification from HIPAA Training, obtained in March 2017, and Serving It Right certification from go2HR - the resource for people in tourism, obtained in July 2012.
