Johnny Lam

Johnny Lam has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Johnny recently worked at Kabam as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they played a key role in automating device deployments and implementing new cybersecurity measures. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Systems Administrator, leading projects to migrate devices to new management platforms and enhance authentication standards. Johnny also worked as a Senior IT Administrator at Kabam, where they implemented a global MDM software and led the technical integration of Google Workspace. In their previous roles at AlidaCXM (Formerly Vision Critical), Battlefy, OpenRoad Auto Group Ltd., ACSports LTD, and Custom4Biz LTD, Johnny handled various IT responsibilities such as deploying Windows workstations, optimizing networks, implementing internal IT services, creating websites, and managing online advertising campaigns.

Johnny Lam completed their education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Computer Information Technology with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Britannia Secondary from 2006 to 2010 and earned their High School Diploma. Additionally, Johnny has obtained several certifications, including "Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text," "Connecting with Peers in the Workplace," "Developing Business Acumen," "Interpersonal Communication," and "Learning GDPR" from LinkedIn in June 2018. Johnny also holds the certification of "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" from Amazon Web Services, which was obtained in July 2017.
