Nicolas SOUM

Nicolas SOUM has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Nicolas started their career as an Accountant Treasury at AFP from September 2013 to August 2015. Nicolas then worked as a Business Analyst BI FP&A Junior at AFP from September 2015 to March 2018. After that, they joined GROUPE M6 as the Head of Data Analytics, BI & Insights (6play, Gulli, RTL, RTL2 & FunRadio) from April 2019 to March 2020. Nicolas later joined SALTO as the Head of data from April 2020 to December 2021. Concurrently, they also worked at Join Lion as a Teacher of Data from December 2021 to present. Nicolas is currently the Co-founder & CEO of kabaun, a role they assumed in January 2023. Nicolas previously co-founded kabaun from August 2021 to December 2022. In addition to their work experience, Nicolas has also founded their own company, Weesquad, where they served as CEO & Founder from January 2016 to October 2017. Additionally, they had a brief role as a Chef d'équipe at HAVAS EVENTS from December 2012 to February 2013.

Nicolas Soum began their education in 2009 at Lycée Jean Lurçat, where they obtained a Bac ES degree with a focus on Economics in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they attended ISIFA PLUS VALUES CFA, completing a BTS CGO en Alternance degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2015, they also enrolled in IAE Montpellier and earned a License in Science de gestion, specializing in Management. Nicolas then pursued a Master's degree at Montpellier Business School from 2015 to 2018, majoring in Strategy, Big Data, Analytics Data, and Project Management.

Throughout their education, Nicolas Soum also obtained several additional certifications. In January 2016, they achieved a score of 624 on the Voltaire exam from Certificat Voltaire. Nicolas received the Google Digital Active certification from Google in January 2017 and the Google Analytics IQ certification in March 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Certification Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in August 2018. In 2020, Nicolas earned the Data Science: R Basics certification from HarvardX - by Harvard University. Nicolas'smost recent certifications include Analyse du Cycle de Vie - de la pensée à la pratique from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne in October 2022 and Bilan Carbone® - Maîtrise de la méthode from Association pour la transition Bas Carbone (ABC) in January 2023.
