Michael Berg

Director at Kabbalah Centre Latin America

Michael Berg is an author, scholar, and spiritual leader, and has served as the Director of The Kabbalah Centre since 2013. As the son of kabbalists Rav Philip and Karen Berg, Michael immersed himself in the wisdom of Kabbalah from the age of 14. He edited and translated the first-ever unabridged 23-volume set of the English Zohar, the ancient text at the core of kabbalistic thought. His books – almost 20 thus far – have been translated across the world into 10 languages, and in 2007, Michael created the Zohar Project, a grassroots volunteer movement dedicated to sharing the Zohar around the world. Michael is also the founder and director of the Kabbalah Centre’s online learning platform, Kabbalah.com. He considers the purpose of his work to be teaching people how they can achieve true and lasting fulfillment through personal transformation.
