Shivam Doonga

Shivam Doonga is an experienced technology consultant with a strong background in IT service management and automation solutions. Currently working at Parseq since February 2020, Shivam has expertise in various BMC products including Discovery, Remedy ITSM, and Client Management, along with Truesight tools. Previously, Shivam contributed as a Solutions Integrator at Ericsson, focusing on ITSM frameworks, and as a Fault Management Engineer at Altran India, specializing in ITSM Remedy. Early career experience includes a consultant role at Manpower, concentrating on ITSM Remedy.
