John Loke

John Loke serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Kacific Broadband Satellites Group since July 2021, where responsibilities include the design, upgrade, maintenance, and long-term evolution of networks based on Kacific satellites. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations at Measat Satellite Systems Sdn Bhd from September 2011 to June 2021, overseeing five departments focused on delivering satellite services across the Asia Pacific region. John also served as Senior Manager of Commercial Engineering at Measat from October 2007 to September 2011, managing various teams dedicated to customer engineering and network management. Earlier in John's career, from June 2002 to September 2007, John was a Manager at Singapore Telecommunication Ltd, leading the TT&C Satellite Operation team while also gaining significant experience in Flight Dynamics Engineering and Satellite Engineering. John holds a degree from NTU, completed between 1992 and 1996.
