Fadi Younes has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Fadi started their career at Bio Products Laboratory as a Desktop Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to over 500 users and managed the Service Desk call queues. Fadi also installed and supported computer hardware and business-critical operating systems. Fadi then worked at Consumerchoices.co.uk as an IT Support Analyst before joining Kuwait Investment Office as a Systems Administrator. At Kuwait Investment Office, they supported and maintained the Windows environment, including Exchange, Windows 7, Server 2008, and Server 2012. Currently, Fadi serves as the Director of IT at Kadant Carmanah Design, where they lead the IT department, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures the department provides proper services. Throughout their career, Fadi has demonstrated expertise in IT management and administration.
Fadi Younes attended the University of Westminster from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Computer Software Engineering.
