Gagan Bal

Gagan Bal, MBA, is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in project management and product design. Currently employed at Kadant Carmanah Design since January 2014, Gagan Bal focuses on early-stage product development and continuous improvements of existing product lines while providing internal support across various departments. Prior experience includes a role at Pavac Industries Inc., where Gagan Bal created electrical wiring diagrams, designed electrical systems based on client specifications, and managed a team of electrical assemblers and technicians. Gagan Bal holds an MBA in Management of Technology and a General Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
