Roger Hoogeboom

Roger Hoogeboom has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Roger currently serves as the VP Finance Kadant Flow Control Europe at Kadant since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director at 2wins BV since November 2008. Hoogeboom also held various finance director positions at Kadant Johnson Europe B.V. and Kadant Johnson from 2010 to 2021. Roger worked as a Director at XsgrantiT in 2009 and as the CFO at Royal Schouten Group NV from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they worked at Servisair from 2001 to 2006 in several financial controller and manager roles. Hoogeboom began their career at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Accountant and progressed to the role of Manager Audit from 1989 to 2000.

Roger Hoogeboom's education history begins in 1978 when they attended MAVO (Hoensbroek) and obtained a YES degree. Roger then proceeded to MEAO (Sittard) from 1982 to 1985 where they obtained another YES degree, this time in Economics. Following that, from 1985 to 1988, they pursued their studies at HEAO (Sittard) and obtained a YES degree in Business Economics. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Nivra/HEAO (Den Haag) where they earned a YES degree in Accountancy through the Accountancy schakelpakket program. Finally, from 1992 to 1998, they studied at the University of Amsterdam where they completed a program in Post Doctoraal Accountancy.
