Rinaldo Bhailal

Rinaldo Bhailal is an experienced professional with over three decades in geospatial and data management. Currently serving as Product Owner Landelijke Voorziening Beeldmateriaal and Functioneel Beheerder at Kadaster since January 2002, Rinaldo oversees functional management of software and implements ITIL processes related to incident, problem, and change management. Prior to this role, Rinaldo worked at Topografische Dienst Nederland from 1990 to 2002 as a Databeheerder, responsible for final control, conversion, and management of production and delivery data, and as a GIS-topograaf, focusing on the collection and digital processing of topographic data.
