Kat Kennedy

Kat Kennedy is a seasoned technology and business professional with extensive experience in leadership and development within various organizations. Currently serving as General Partner at Kickstart Fund since May 2022, Kat focuses on finding, funding, and supporting exceptional founders in the Mountain West. From November 2012 to May 2022, Kat was integral to Degreed, holding multiple titles including President, Chief Experience Officer, and Chief Product Officer, contributing to the company's mission of redefining educational metrics. Prior experience includes roles as an Interactive Engineer at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Front End Web Developer positions at Neutron Interactive and Icon Health and Fitness, and work at Crowell Advertising that honed skills in design collaboration and web development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Utah State University.
