Carl Vincent Nafarrete

Carl Vincent Nafarrete has extensive experience in behavior therapy and supervision, currently serving as Program Supervisor and Lead Behavior Technician at Kadiant since October 2018. Responsibilities include training new hires, providing staff support, conducting 1:1 client interventions, and facilitating communication between staff and management. Prior to Kadiant, Carl worked at Central Valley Autism Project in various roles, including Lead Behavior Technician and Senior Behavior Therapist II, where duties involved organizing client programs and ensuring effective communication. Carl's earlier experience includes customer service roles at The Walt Disney Company and 24 Hour Fitness, and an internship at United Cerebral Palsy. Carl holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
