Donald Dorson

Donald Dorson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and IT management. Currently serving as a Tech Specialist at Notre Dame Academy Los Angeles since May 2018, Donald provides help desk support to 650 students, faculty, and staff, manages school productions' audio and livestreaming, and oversees the maintenance of nearly 600 devices. Since September 2006, Donald has also been the IT Director at Kadima Day School, adapting responsibilities to support both Mac and PC environments for students and faculty. Prior experience includes a role as a Mac Genius at Apple, where customer support and repair of Mac devices were primary duties, and as a Systems Tech at Sea World Ohio, managing various electronic systems. Donald holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
