Rami Epstein has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 as the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of IDGene Pharmaceuticals. In this role, they managed a clinical trial, negotiated contracts, and handled regulatory affairs. In 2003, they became a Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors for BiondVax Pharmaceuticals, where they provided legal counsel, wrote the company's business plan, and played a key role in its development and growth. In the same year, they also worked as a Legal Counsel at R. Epstein & Co., Law Offices. Since 2013, Rami Epstein has been working at Kadimastem, first as a Member of the Board of Directors and then as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing various committees, including Audit and Financial Reports, R&D, and Grants.
Rami Epstein holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from King's College London. Rami also completed their Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Rami has further credentials as a Certified Mediator (Diploma) from the Gevim Mediation Institute, specializing in legal and commercial conflicts and disputes. Additionally, they pursued partial studies in Drama and Improvisation at the Nissan Nativ Acting School. Rami has also obtained the certification of Lawyer from the Israeli Bar Association.
