Yair Tal's work experience began in 2005 as a Team Commander in the IDF, a position they held until 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Insurance Sales Representative at AIG for a period of seven months. From 2012 to 2013, Yair was a Teaching Assistant at Bar Ilan University. Yair joined Kadimastem in 2013 as a Research Assistant, and is currently working in that role.
Yair Tal pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Bar-Ilan University from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Biotechnology with a focus on Immunology and Immunotherapy of cancer from 2012 to 2013.
