Charlene Pittman-Porter has over 17 years of work experience. Charlene began their career in 2004 as a Character/ Ride Operator at the Walt Disney Company. In 2008, they moved to Turtle Rock Nature Center as a Teacher 1. After two years, they joined U.S. Space & Rocket Center as an Assistant Manager-Curriculum Development in 2012. In 2014, they were a Call Center Representative at Redstone Federal Credit Union and in 2015, they moved to the role of Community Relations Coordinator. In 2021, Charlene joined Kadince as a Customer Success Specialist and later moved to the role of Customer Success Manager.

Charlene Pittman-Porter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and International Studies from UC Irvine in 2008. Prior to that, they studied International/Global Studies at University College, Cork Ireland from 2005-2006. In October 2022, they obtained a Learn HTML Course certification from Codecademy.
